What this is
A record of every statement credit on every premium card we have read, with the terms transcribed from the issuer. Every card in the database has its credits sourced from the current benefit terms.
How we price a credit
We take the value in the issuer's own terms and multiply by how often it resets. A $100 quarterly credit is $400 a year. Where a card carries the same named credit on different terms, we track the card's terms. The Resy credit is $400 a year on the Platinum and $100 on the Gold.
What we leave unpriced
Lounge access, elite status, free night certificates, travel insurance. The value of a lounge depends entirely on how often you fly. We list these perks and let you assign your own number in the calculator.
Where the numbers come from
Issuer benefit terms, read in full and dated. Every page says when we last checked. The restaurant and hotel lists behind the maps are ours, because no issuer publishes them in one piece.
What we are not
We are not affiliated with American Express, Chase, Citi, Capital One or U.S. Bank. Some merchant links are referral links. None of them change what we say a credit is worth, and none of them decide the order of a ranking.
